En effet, c\u2019est gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un concours national organis\u00e9e par Kaasbrik en Foodprint que le\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.insidebrussels.be\/V2\/?s=pizza\">pizza\u00efolo<\/a> Roberto Casula et La Bottega della\u00a0<a title=\"les restaurants italiens de Bruxelles\" href=\"http:\/\/www.insidebrussels.be\/V2\/?s=pizza\">Pizza<\/a>\u00a0ont acquis une telle\u00a0<strong>notori\u00e9t\u00e9<\/strong>. Pas si \u00e9tonnant lorsqu\u2019on sait que Roberto a travaill\u00e9 auparavant dans un\u00a0restaurant\u00a0<strong>3 \u00e9toiles<\/strong>\u00a0et a gagn\u00e9 une grande exp\u00e9rience dans les\u00a0<strong>meilleures pizzerias de Naples.<\/strong><br \/>\nDans l\u2019\u00e9tablissement, les pizzas sont pr\u00e9par\u00e9es avec un soin tout particulier dans le respect d\u2019une cuisine\u00a0<strong>authentique<\/strong>\u00a0et de\u00a0<strong>qualit\u00e9<\/strong>. Aussi bien la farine, l\u2019huile ou m\u00eame l\u2019eau sont s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s avec la plus grande importance.
